Our pilot Content Residency in Wānaka, New Zealand, brought together global brands, world-class filmmakers and creatives, and athletes to test a new model for content creation — one built on cross-pollination, collaboration, adventure, and connection to place. Over four weeks we filmed across the Southern Alps, from backcountry to heli-access zones, capturing the essence of Aotearoa through authentic storytelling.

Key Outcomes

• 812 K + total followers across athletes, brands & crew channels for the project

• 50 K + organic video views within two weeks of launching our new Instagram channel

• 1,600 + engagements / 40 saves / 123 shares on teaser content alone

• Foundation for “The Outsiders Bookable Trips” platform established post-residency

• Talent Development Weekend Program delivered in partnership with Film Queenstown Lakes & Nikon saw 15 participants engaged from the local regions and Australia
