Get Involved in the Talent Development Program
Support the next generation of adventure content creators

The Outsiders Content Residency (August 2025, Wānaka NZ) is an alpine filmmaking and athlete-driven storytelling project — and a launchpad for the next wave of creative talent. We’re inviting select secondary brands to be part of our Talent Development Program, where 30 emerging filmmakers, photographers, and digital creatives will be mentored through real-world briefs and hands-on content production.

As a participating brand, you can:

✅ Submit a Real Brand Brief

Provide a real content brief for a product, campaign or value prop you want explored creatively. Our participants will be guided by industry mentors to create a high-quality, on-brief content piece for your review.

✅ Send Product to the Residency

We’ll integrate your product into the hands of our athletes and creative crew throughout the month. That includes:

• Organic use by world-class snow and trail athletes

• Creator-led BTS and lifestyle content

• Opportunities for inclusion in campaign edits and recap media

✅ Receive Custom Content

We’ll share select content assets (stills and short-form) created organically with your product by the crew and creators. You’re welcome to repost on social and use across owned channels with light credit.
